What data does this site process?

This is a static website. It has no forms, accounts, comments or ordering. It collects no personal data, sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

As with any web server, the hosting provider may keep technical access logs containing an IP address, browser information and request time. These logs are kept for security and fault diagnosis, not for marketing.

When you contact us

If you reach us by the email address or phone number shown on the site, we process the name, contact details and message content you share.

Purpose: to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if a working relationship begins, to manage it.

Legal basis: Article 5/2-c of the KVKK (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and Article 5/2-f (legitimate interest). Under the GDPR the corresponding bases are Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f).

Retention: kept after your enquiry is resolved for the limitation periods required by law, then deleted or anonymised.

Transfers

Your data is never sold or shared for marketing. Our hosting and email providers have technical access only to the extent the service requires.

Your rights

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request erasure or destruction, to request that these actions be notified to third parties, to object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis, and to claim compensation if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing.
